Elvin Rosado Born in Puerto Rico, Chef Elvin Rosado has a B.A. in Culinary Arts from the University of Puerto Rico. His professional career began at the Omni in Orlando and the Ritz Carlton San Juan. Chef Rosado is a professor of Culinary Arts at the International School of Tourism & Hospitality at Universidad del Este and Executive Chef of the Holiday Inn San Juan. Chef Rosado won a gold medal at the Taste of the Caribbean competition in Miami in 2005 and today is the Coach of the award winning Puerto Rico Culinary Team. His cuisine is a fusion of Caribbean, French and Oriental flavors loving the combination of spices. His style is classic yet creative.
