Giovanna Huyke, believes that anyone can become a good cook.  Her simple guidance and engaging personality may not make you a gourmet cook overnight, but will definitely make you a loyal fan.  Giovanna is not only Puerto Rico´s most acclaimed culinary expert, but she is also a cookbook author and TV celebrity chef.

Giovanna Huyke has revolutionized the cuisine of her native Puerto Rico by using native ingredients and cooking methods and adapting them to today’s busy lifestyles.  She has been featured in Martha Stewart, Good Morning America, Bon Appétit, Food and Wine, Travel and Leisure, The New York Times, among others. 

She is currently finishing her most recent venture, “Cocina Puertorriqueña Moderna”, a book that blends and brings to stove past and present flavors from Puerto Rico.
