José A. Muñoz Febo

A graduate of the “École Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi” in Paris, France, Chef Munoz’s professional highlights include working with Chef Jean Chauvel at his 1 Michelin restaurant Les Magnolias, in Perreux-Sur-Marne, outside Paris. Les Magnolias is noted for its combination of creative methods and novel flavors, in the style Chef Ferrán Adrià of Barcelona’s El Bulli Restaurant. Chef Muñoz is certified by the “Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris” and was named one of the Ten Top Chefs of the New Generation in Puerto Rico.  He is presently Chef de Cuisine at Rose Champagne Bistro in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
