Julio E. Sánchez

Chef Julio Sanchez brings more than 13 years of experience to his position as Executive Chef for Levy Restaurants Sports and Entertainment Group at the new Puerto Rico Coliseum, regarded as one of the best top ten arenas in the world today. Sanchez specializes in creating innovative menus fueled by his passion for food, love for music, creativity and classic education. He is responsible for the menu production and planning for the Coliseum’s suites, concessions, and all private catering at the Coliseum of Puerto Rico. His Contemporary New World Cuisine features dishes made with regional ingredients.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Julio’s cuisine has figured in numerous high profile events, such as the NBA Finals, MTV’S Video Music Awards, the U.S. Tennis Open, the Wachovia Golf Championship, and the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series.
