Lorelei Carrión

Since healthy is the new trend, Chef Lorelei Carrión has been taking healthy cooking to another level for seven years now. With more than ten years of experience in the hospitality field, she has gone from cooking to teaching to managing. Today, she offers services as corporate chef to different brands in the Puerto Rico area, performing roles tasks such as culinary consultant, menu designer, product taster, food stylist, and brand spokesperson. She has authored ten published recipe booklets of delicious and healthy dishes.
