Norma Llop

Pastry Chef Norma Llop is currently the in-house Culinary Tourism expert and Branding Officer for culinary tour product development at Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC). Puerto Rico’s gastronomy is a true reflection of its heritage and culture and Chef Llop uses it well to develop and position Puerto Rico’s culinary tourism products. Chef Llop designs gastronomic tour concepts, activities, and custom-made culinary packaging initiatives with travel agents, wholesalers, and operators interested in developing cuisine as part of Puerto Rico’s experience.
