Roberto Treviño

Chef Treviño constantly challenges himself with his restaurant menus and public forays.

A frequent guest chef at prestigious venues such as the Telluride Culinary Festival and the Aspen Food and Wine Classic, Treviño has been featured in Conde Nast Traveller, The New York Times, Bon Appétit, and Gourmet.  In addition, he has participated in the Food Networks’ Iron Chef America, battling renowned chef Mario Batali.

Chef Treviño however, is most at home here in the San Juan kitchen where he continues to create and play with exciting tastes, and keep the guests in the restaurant guessing what he’ll come up with next! His newest venture is Budatai, a 5000 sq. foot restaurant in the newly revamped Condado area overlooking the “Ventana al Mar”. Chef Treviño looks forward to continuing the development of new restaurants and food concepts throughout the world.
