Henry Baldaguez

Chef Henry Baldaguez started to cook at an early age and practice his grandmother’s skills by helping her in the kitchen every day.

As a result, he decided to seek work in a kitchen of a new franchise restaurant. Chef Baldaguez also studied culinary arts and worked with different local chefs until he decided to open Unagi restaurant in Caguas.

Chef Baldaguez’ creativity of fusing all types of cultures and tastes drives him to break out from the traditional cooking style to make it fun and full of surprises.
