Chef Nathan Harmon has an expertise of more than 10 years in the Culinary Arts. Dedicating 9 years of his career to working at The Condado Plaza Hilton. Currently, he is one of the hotel’s sous chefs. Studied in Universidad del Este in Carolina, Puerto Rico and received a BBA in Culinary Management with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, and a Minor in Food and Beverage Management. He’s also certified in Serve Safe, CPR, FSP, Spartan Chemical, Barista and has attended advanced courses at the French Pastry School in Chicago.
Chef Nathan is a hardworking, pro-active sous chef with an upbeat and positive attitude, who is passionate about food and quality. Strives to utilize local produce and ingredients in his cuisine while having good eye for detail. His good team spirit and detailed orientation makes him one the best in what he does.
